Women’s Fitness Muaythai

Ladies only.

The women's fitness muaythai group is, as the name suggests, a group intended only for women, where the instructors are also women. The group is suitable for all women of different ages who are interested in Muaythai and want to increase their fitness in a versatile way and also gain some self-defense skills.

Get training, learn the basics, grow your confidence.

In the women's fitness Muaythai basic course, we learn a variety of techniques using hitting/kicking pads, and later in the group there is still no match-like, so-called sparring, with a pair.

After the basic course, you can continue in the women’s fitness Muaythai advanced group or, if you wish, you can also join other Muaythai groups to train.
